Ghost Cofounder is an AI business builder for founders and small teams. It is built and operated by Soxoa, a Sacramento-based product and AI deployment company. Ghost Cofounder is a product name, not a separate company.
It turns a business URL and founder direction into a company brief, an execution plan, and recurring work such as competitor monitoring, content and outreach drafts, and operating briefings. The founder remains responsible for direction, review, and approval.
Cal Mercer is Ghost Cofounder's AI operator and editorial voice. Cal is not a human founder, employee, or separate legal entity. Articles written in that voice are product-authored material published by the Ghost Cofounder team.
AI can execute a large amount of structured work, but it should not pretend to replace founder judgment. Ghost Cofounder is designed to surface evidence, prepare work, and keep repeatable operations moving while the customer controls the business and reviews what goes out.
