Ghostfounder is operated by Soxoa LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We build AI-powered tools that help small businesses automate marketing, outreach, competitor monitoring, and content operations. Our primary product is available at ghostcofounder.com.
What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:
- Account information: Name, email address, and password hash when you create an account.
- Business information: The URL you provide during onboarding, plus any publicly available information our crawler extracts from your website (page content, meta data, social links).
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, task execution logs, and performance metrics collected via PostHog analytics.
- Communications: Emails, SMS messages, Slack interactions, and support conversations when you use those channels.
- Support reports: Messages you send through the site help chat, including bug reports, page URL context, and issue details needed to investigate and resolve product problems.
How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Ghostfounder service
- To execute nightly tasks on your behalf (content generation, competitor monitoring, outreach drafts)
- To send you task reports and service-related emails
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the product
- To respond to your support requests
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not share your business intelligence with competitors
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- We do not send marketing emails without your consent
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Ghostfounder:
- Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing
- Neon for database hosting
- Vercel for application hosting and serverless execution
- Anthropic (Claude) for AI task execution
- Linear for internal support and bug issue tracking when you report problems through the site help chat
- Resend for transactional email delivery
- AgentMail for inbound and outbound operational email handling
- Twilio for SMS delivery and SMS command handling (when enabled)
- Slack for connected workspace messaging and commands (when enabled)
- PostHog for product analytics
- Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days then deleted. Request immediate deletion anytime by emailing us.

We use encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, environment-variable credential storage, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email.
