Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Ghostfounder ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Soxoa LLC ("we," "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What the Service does

Ghostfounder is an AI-powered tool that analyzes your business from a URL you provide, then autonomously executes tasks on your behalf: content generation, competitor monitoring, outreach drafts, and market research. Tasks run on a nightly schedule and results are delivered via your dashboard and email reports.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person or business entity
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months, but we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Free trial or onboarding features are provided at no charge and may change or be removed

Your content and data

• You own your business data and any content generated on your behalf
• You grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership over content generated for your account
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it externally

AI-generated output

The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate content, analysis, and recommendations. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't match your expectations. You should review all AI-generated content before acting on it or publishing it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

If you use the site help chat to report a bug or support issue, we may log that report in Linear, our internal issue tracking system, along with the message content and page context needed to investigate and fix the issue.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates laws
• Scrape or monitor competitors in ways that violate their terms of service
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our permission

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and APIs (including Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Anthropic, Linear, Resend, AgentMail, Twilio, Slack, PostHog, and Sentry) and their availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions caused by our systems or third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request immediate deletion.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
